Hi everybody!

Hi everybody! This is the second week of class and I am so behind with it already! I came back from England this week and I was there with a group of students and did not have access to a computer. I hope I will have a chance to get back on track! Anyway... sorry about this.
My name is Alessandra and I live in Italy. I am a primary and secondary school teacher and I teach English as a foreign language. I am excited about this course because over the years I have prepared a lot of material on my own and I would actually love to be able to share it in a professional way and make it more adaptable to different students. September is the worst month for me as schools in Italy start again and the first month is so hectic and crazy. I am still going to try to do my best for this class, I promise:-)!

    Don’t worry about being behind! Just jump in where you are. And welcome! It’s great that you have some material already. Just choose a few pages and we’ll work on those. Then you can apply what you learned later to more material.

Hello everyone, Almost everything has been finalised in my story. Only the info about the creators (Author and illustrator) is missing and I need to have a professional picture taken of me and my daughter, Evita (the illustrator), but I won't have the pic until mid November :(. Re the font type - I used Arial. Should I change to Times New Roman? I hope you can find a few minutes to write a comment on this almost-final draft of my story. I have a question: as you know Evita has done the illustrations, but the background was a bit greyish. Hi all! I'm happy to report that my health is much improved. Thank goodness! Ain't nobody got time for being ill. So ... where is everybody? I know I extended the deadlines out to the end of October for people on the accomplishment track and the end of November for those working towards the distinction certificate... let's see some finished projects! :) Could the distinction people email me theirs separately? Either a .mobi or an .epub is fine. zemach@comcast.net is probably best. For the others, why not post here, and we can all give some congratulations and feedback? (Distinction people welcome to post theirs here as well, of course!)

I'd love to know your opinion about: *the whole thing, of course! *the two covers- do you like them? Which one most? *the font- is it clear? big enough? *the last page- is it clear that lights are off? *the line in the middle of some pages to separate different situations- any other idea? *the dialogues- is it clear enough who is talking? If Fluffy or his Mum? *any language mistake?
