I have only written up exercises for 2-3 projects, but piloted all of them.

Early in the morning before work and at weekends.

You could always choose 1 or 2 lesson plan sequences for this month, carry those through to completion, and then you'll know what to do for the rest of them. Just so you have something manageable to work on.
