The assignment for this week is to convert your file to .epub and/or .mobi. Before you do that, you're going to want to share the doc here to get some feedback on content.

To do that, you'll need to upload your word doc to Google Drive, and then get a shareable link that allows comments. Share that link in the category "Works in Progress". Google community only allows us to share links, so documents need to be stored somewhere online, and Google Drive works well for this.

After you upload your doc to Google Drive, click on "get shareable link" and then make sure that you choose the permissions option that says "Anyone with the link can comment".

Just in case you aren't familiar with how to do this, I've attached a short video tutorial that I hope is helpful. (It's actually from last year's course, just in case you wonder why the community looks different.) If you are still having problems after watching, please let me know so we can work on the problem together.

Hi all! I'm happy to report that my health is much improved. Thank goodness! Ain't nobody got time for being ill. So ... where is everybody? I know I extended the deadlines out to the end of October for people on the accomplishment track and the end of November for those working towards the distinction certificate... let's see some finished projects! :) Could the distinction people email me theirs separately? Either a .mobi or an .epub is fine. zemach@comcast.net is probably best. For the others, why not post here, and we can all give some congratulations and feedback? (Distinction people welcome to post theirs here as well, of course!)
